Circa 1770 - This very charming mahogany tilt-top table is one of those pieces that really catches the eye. It has a charming pie crust edge that has been carved out of the table top. This top sits on a birdcage device that makes it easy to completely remove the top from the base. The base is a baluster stem with a patera and ribbon-carved collar on a acanthus leaf-carved tripod and scrolling feet. It's a wonderful piece that anyone would absolutely love. Make it yours today!

Condition: The table is in excellent condition. It has been refinished at some point. There is an old stable crack on the birdcage base. There is some old repaired damage to one of the legs near the foot. There is a topical repaired crack on the top of baluster where it attaches to the birdcage. This is also stable. There are a few minor scratches, dents, dings, and surface imperfections that one would expect to find on a piece of this age.
